The Lido
Wander down to the beach through our communal oceanfront Lido. Here, you can enjoy Il Delfino’s private beach access, our ocean-edge sun lounges, and relaxed outdoor dining areas. Designed to be shared with fellow guests, the Lido offers generous open-air spaces to find your own slice of paradise or to gather with friends and family. Stretch out on Italian lido sun loungers, enjoy a game of chess on custom-made tables, or cook and dine family style beneath the covered terrace.
BEACH ACCESS
Look for the red arched gate under the sign “Alla Spiaggia”, your entryway to the Lido and nearby beaches. Follow the oceanfront terraces down to the water’s edge via the stairway and stone path, and when exiting through the beach security gate.
SUN LOUNGES
The jewel of the Lido, our sun lounge deck is designed for dolce far niente, the sweetness of doing nothing. Here, you’ll find Italian lido sun loungers and umbrella tables, charging points, and a lido shower. Grab your Fieldbar icebox and alfresco drinkware, bring a good book, and unwind, sip, or socialise as the mood takes you, right on the oceans edge.
OUTDOOR DINING
Our designated al fresco dining area has been created for friends and family to gather, cook, dine, and enjoy the love of a shared meal. The family-style table can accommodate multiple guests and has the option of shade from sun and rain by a retractable awning.
CHESS TERRACE
Our top terrace is a relaxed space designed to suit the mood of the day. Whether you’re lounging in one of the deck chairs, playing a game of chess while enjoying your morning coffee and croissant, or sipping a sunset aperitivo, this is a versatile shared terrace that we encourage you to make your own. Please note that each suite has been allocated its own set of chess pieces for the outdoor chess tables.
OUTDOOR SHOWERS
Il Delfino offers two outdoor showers for your convenience, one at the front of the property and another at the oceanfront beach gate. Both provide hot and cold water, perfect for rinsing off sea and sand after a day at the beach.
THE BOARD ROOM
Conveniently located just before The Lido, you’re welcome to grab a Mick Fanning softboard from the Board Room by contacting our concierge to complete a quick sign-out form. You will then receive the access code to the surfboard rack. Guests are also invited to store their own boards during their stay.
